Red Dandelion is red stemmed larger than the average dandelion. It can be cooked and used in salads.

DELICACY: Purslane has a tart and slightly salty taste, similar to watercress or spinach. It can be eaten raw or cooked, and is often used in salads or sandwiches.

Italian Dandelion is lightly larger than the average dandelion. It can be cooked and used in salads.

Comparable to spinach in flavor. Often used in soups.

Rouxai-licious Salad Mix is a salad mix out of this world! A little bit of Rouxai Oakleaf, a Little bit of Dragoon Romaine, and topped off with our popular Astro Arugula.  It’s a mix you can't forget!

A rugged yet beautiful compact evergreen shrub with mounding, aromatic, gray foliage and an abundance of fragrant, rich lavender-colored flower spikes. Commonly used for perfumes, sachets, and oils. 

Parisian Carrots have a sweet, mild flavor.  Cooked applications include roasting, steaming, glazing, and boiling.  When raw they are used on appetizer plates, tossed into salads, slaws and grain bowls. Sold in approx. Bunches are approximately 5 ounces.

Common Sage has a slightly sweet, grassy, herbal taste with bitter and citrus notes.  Described as tart, refreshing with a pungent earthy aroma with hints of mint and eucalyptus or piney taste with peppery notes.

Primary Rosemary has a very pronounced lemon-pine flavor, yet it is also woodsy and peppery at the same time.  The aroma is tea-like, with a fragrance similar to charred wood that makes it extremely compatible with barbecued dishes.

Li Ren is an extremely attractive mini pak choi with light green stems and slightly darker green leaves.  This smaller size results in quicker kitchen prep, simply cut in halves or quarters and cook with garlic, citrus and oil. 

ANOTHER LITTLE GEM! Dragoon is our green mini romaine, compact and uniform.  Leaves are thick and have an excellent, crisp texture.

Hakurei is a source of vitamin C, that help our nervous system function properly.  Eaten raw, the flavor is sweet and fruity, and the texture is crisp and tende, can be slightly cooked as well. Sold in approx. Sold in approx. Bunches are approximately 5 ounces.

Winter Thyme is a member of the mint family and has a strong, pungent flavor that is perfect for use in cooking and often in teas. 

Greek Oregano is a slightly spicy herb with an earthy flavor.  Native to dry rocky mountainous regions in the Mediterranean, it is commonly used as a seasoning for pizza, sauces, meats, and salads.

Genovese Basil is the superior basil for making the tastiest pesto.  Similar mint and citrus notes to the other basil varieties, with an additional hint of clove and a subtle peppery twist.

Black Magic is a delicious dinosaur (lacinato) kale with long narrow leaves and a deep blue-green color.  The flavor is mild, making this kale a tasty addition to soups, salads, and stir-fry. Bunches are approximately 5 ounces. 

Astro has dense clusters of tender leaves that are less lobed and more straight compared to your standard arugula varieties.  Its mild, nutty, peppery flavor adds depth and sophistication to any salad, sandwich, soups, pasta, and on pizza. Container is approximately 2 ounces.

Rouxai has a striking red color.  Its lobed leaves are an attractive, deep cherry-red with great flavor and leaf texture.  A bright green interior makes a stunning contrast.
